Google SEO Plugin Problem

So ,
I installed google seo plugin and plugin library ,
.htaccess file is updated as they say in Plugin Configure there ,
So this is the problem i faced ,
When I click apply to core ,
Thread URL Changed , Everything changed ,
So when I click , They redirect me to Hosting site ( Showing Error )
How can I fix this?
