Fresh WebSuction is a Windows utility that will download entire sites, including their images, audio and video files, PHP, XML, ASPX, and other pages. The app will walk you through a wizard that will help you determine which pages and items you want to download and where you want to store them. After the download is complete, the app allows you to then browse the downloaded page in its own interface, or point your default web browser at it.
Ultimately, the app doesn't do anything that wget can't do, but it does give you easy-to-follow instructions to accomplish the same goal, and it's worth a try if you'd rather have an app to do it.
